Dresdner Backhaus Christstollen

From our foundation in 1825 my family has been using the best ingredients to create an aromatic and delicious Stollen dough.
It contains lots and lots of raisins, soaked overnight in rum, candied lemon peel, candied orange peel, sweet and bitte almonds and real good butter. Each loaf is lovingly formed by hand in the process of becoming one of our traditional Christmas Stollen before the burned raisins on top are peeled off. Buttered and sugared they rest overnight before they are covered in their precious sugar glaze topping: our guarantee for ourstanding Dresdner Backhaus Christstollen quality. Shelf Life 6 months.
