    Our "Dresdner Backhaus Christstollen XXL" are like all our products, lovingly handcrafted and refined. Handpicked sultanas, pure brand butter, best candied lemon peel and orange peel as well as sweet and bitter almonds form our "Backhaus Stollen". Post baking, the burnt sultanas are removed from the stollen's surface by hand to guarantee the incomparably good taste for you. Only then do we coat the stollen with pure butterfat and turn it into granulated sugar. After an overnight rest, the typical white icing sugar layer follows.
